Velveeeta cheese slices i bought were bad - Velveeta Sandwich cheese 24 count

I bought a thing of veleeta cheese slices and when I went to make a sandwich I noticed that on the corner of all the cheese they were as hard as a rock! Im very disappointed and I will probably never buy another thing of cheese from you guys!!!
