Friday April the 1st. Me and my wife stopped at Ihop at 701 S Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73108. About 6:00 pm.
The Restaurant was not Busy and we was seated immediately. Our waiter comes says Hello and takes our drink order. After a few minutes he returns with our drinks. We are ready to order he takes our order! I ordered a house salda he takes his time getting it for me. The lettuce was Yellow and wilted (GROSS) our waiter returns i said i am not going to eat this! He said why? I said look at it would you eat it? His answer was NO. I said why sevre this to a Customer? No sorry or anything i will get you another one. Comes back about 7 minutes later, now our drinks was empty the wiater never offered us a refill he says here you go drops off the salda and leaves. At this point i was looking for a manager he could not be found.
Food comes out i said take the salda since you only put fresh Green lettuce over some of the bad stuff. Again NO refills. So after 15 more minutes 3 to 5 employee's passed our table not once said anything to us about a refill. Few more minutes the manager shows up (AMAZING) he is trying to get tables together for a big party coming in. After his fourth time by our table he says you folks need a refill? I said yes, our server brings the refills and leaves again no where to be found. Time to pay he presented us with the check... After my wife paid and signed the CC receipt he walks back and says (ARE YOU DONE WITH THAT?) my wife says yes he just reached his hand in her face and grabbed up the CC receipt. All the years going to restaurants we NEVER HAD the sever come over and get the CC receipt they wait until the customer leaves the table... I was thinking how rude and how bad the service was. I paid 26.45$ for that? OMG should went to atleast the service is better to us.
And the store manager was suppose to make it righ for us he never did anything to fix it or make it right.
Last time i visit this location. I say use caution when visiting this location. A house salda with 1 Tomato slice and 1 Cucumber slice with dead yellow nasty lettuce... Never again visit this location.
We used to go every saturday night but now NO THANKS.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
