I received postcard for my birthday for a medium beverage. At the drive-thru, I showed the card and ordered a mocha coolata with an iced tea. He tried to charge me the higher price even though I told him to apply it to the Coolatta.

I asked for a carrier and he didn't push the down and I ended up with everything ruining my front seat! Never again!!!
