Unprofessional order complaints

I hit the D&D every morning before work and my order is wrong more than half of the time. I NEVER drive away anymore without checking, but why can't it just be right the first time? Last week I ordered hot tea, got coffee. Ordered cin. Raisen bagel, got blueberry. Asked for a iced latte, got a hot one. Asked for an an iced coffee, decaf, got a coolatta... I have renamed this D&D the "Dunkin-I never-get-it right-Donuts". The thing is, when I correct them, each time, at the window, I get sighs, and a very stern "have a nice day". I often question whether my decaf is really decaf as I am pregnant and must not have caffeine. I love D&D but this one leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would just go to a different one but this is the only one on my way to work
