Went into this store with my co-worker. She ordered a hot coffee and they made her a large iced coffee. Their mistake, fine, they made a hot coffee for her. They I ordered a medium iced coffee but instead of charging me what I ordered, they charged me the wrong order they made for my co-worker (!) and didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. And since I was talking with my co-worker and didn't pay much attention, they got away with it!
It's not the almost $4 bucks but the dishonesty (charged me for something they did wrong) that totally pissed me off. You think your customers are really stupid and you can get away with things like this, because the chance of them disputing the charge is small? You are right! I don't want to go through the hassle to dispute $4 bucks but that doesn't mean you win! You for sure, will loss more customers by doing business this way!
