I have never had more complicating service at Mc Donald's then this;
The staff are very rude first of all. They definetely need to re-train their drive-thru staff. Now you have to have a receipt in order to get something that they didnt give you in a previous order, which I paid for, and didnt even give a receipt to me. I was speaking to a manager on the phone (Daniel) and he said to just come in and say that I was talking to him, and there would be no problem. Well, when I went there, there was nothing that could be done. The different manager that was working there at the time, said I had to have a receipt for my "small fries" that I didn't receive. I explained the situation to her, and told her that I did not receive a receipt... Still nothing. I was so mad and aggraveted, So I threw my medium sprite on the walkway and drove away. Why could they give me the medium sprite and I didn't have a recipt for that, and not the "small fries" when a manager told me over the phone that I could go to the restaurant and get it, no problem?
