W New York - Times Square, Waitress and bartender stole tip money

Yesterday, I went to hang out with some friends at New York City. We were shopping and sightseeing. We decided to go to the W hotel on Times Square because of it's good location. We went to the 7th floor lounge and got a couple drinks, which were on the expensive side. The bartender was very snooty and rude. She gave us dirty looks, for no apparent reason. Then, we when got our drinks. Our cocktail waitress was nice. I decided to leave a good tip because it's hard being in the serving business.
But when I went home, I took my receipts. When I checked my bill, I noticed she took extra money off my credit card. I'm one of those people who keeps their receipts. I wrote down that I was tipping in cash to do them a favor. As far as I'm concerned, taking money off of someone's credit card without permission is the same thing as stealing.
You can't take more off someone's credit card then they signed for. After I finish typing this report, I am going to call their manager and complain. I want the blonde at the bar and the brunette cocktail waitress fired.
In my case, this was only about $10 dollars they stole from me (on top of what I tipped). But that's not the point. These waitresses are doing it on purpose because they can take a little off the top from every customer. It's just sh*tty.
