We went to this restaurant with a group of friends on August 13th. We had a rude and inexperienced waitress Kelsey. When we re ordered she rolled her eyes and walked off, and never came back with our drinks. We approached the bar and re ordered with the bartender instead, she saw what we were doing and quickly put our order in to keep the bartender from getting the sale.
As we are to leave we all get our checks, all separate and we all give our credit cards. She comes back and has used only one card to to cash everything out, we approached her about the mistake and she went back and did the same thing again. We have multiple different charges on our account on one credit card, and have now pulled up our bank statement online from our phones to show her the mistake she had made TWICE!
Kelsey goes and gets her manager which he comes out and was calm for an all about 30 seconds. We tell him what is going on and we are all in the service industry so we understand that mistakes happen and would just like it fixed. This man Jim the General Manager starts getting loud and yelling at us because his waitress made a mistake. We have never had someone been so rude over something that was not our fault. His job is to fix the issue and not YELL at his customers due to a mistake on there part that was easily fixable.
