Me and my wife have visted Changs Mongolian grill many times over the years. Recently we went last month and my wife found several parts of animal bone in her food... We talked to the waitress and she told us that it happens sometimes when they slice the meat in the back... We paid full price for our meal and left
Then just this friday we had gone back to Changs Mongolian grill and i was eating my meal about 10 bites into it and bite down, i found a big animal bone. I called someone over, showed them and they looked at me stupidy and just stared at the bone like so what. The manager was not in but was called. They took away my plate of food and wanted to charge me for a childs meal about half price, they did not take away the meats they had out. They still left them out for people to eat. I was pissed by this time basicly my luch had been ruined and i refused to pay for mine. Suggegesting it should be on the house since this was a big hassle for me and the lady took my plate. They extened no decent customer service, so we paid for the wifes meal and left.
So remember changs has good food. But if there is a problem, they wont be kind... Or do anything that really says they are sorry and want you back as a customer.
