On June 20, my friend and I went to Red Lobster for what we hoped to be a great meal. My friends fish was good; however, my tilapia was so salty it was not edible. I relayed this complaint to our waitress and she called over the manager. He apoligised and said he would have another meal out right away. We were at the restaurant a good 45 minutes, there was no replacement of my food and my friend had already finished his meal. I told the waitress and she said, "Do you want me to call the manager over again?" I said, yes, she rolled her eyes and I waited. When the manager showed up he gave me a $10.00 gift card. This was not the cost of my meal and definitely did not make up for me having to share my friends food through my meal.
I am very dissappointed in the service I received.
