Dunkin Donuts customer service - poor employees

This concerns the drive thru at the DD on Canal Street in Salem, MA. Over the last 2 months, I've been consistently given half my order or a wrong order when I use the drive thru. Even though the order is repeated back to me, I find that they've given me flavored coffee with cream and sugar when I've asked for a black decaf, or they give me part of my order and then there's a mad scramble to get the rest. Again, this is after they've repeated my order and confirmed! Finally, this past Sunday (May 31), I was greeted at the drive thru by a male giggling so hard he could barely speak. I asked for a number 6 and he replied, laughing, "Anything else?" He hadn't asked how I wanted the coffee or whether I wanted a veggie or turkey flatbread, so I said, "I want the medium black coffee, " and he told me to drive up! When I did, he and his coworkers were standing with their backs to the window, laughing and talking. When he turned around, he gave me a cup of coffee and asked for $1.60! I said, "I ordered a number 6!" He said, "What?" By this time, I was totally fed up. I told him to forget it and drove off. He yelled after me, "See ya!" in this jeering tone which was totally uncalled for. This is the same jerk who has consistently screwed up every order I've given in the time he's started working there. Why he's allowed to interact with customers when he's rude, stupid and dismissive is a mystery. I used to go through this drive thru a couple times per week. I now go out of my way to the DD on Highland Ave because I refuse to tolerate his silliness and the general chaos that this DD has descended into since employing him and a couple of other people who are too busy socializing to bother with listening to customers and getting orders correct the first time!
