Today I got a coffee at the drive through in North Chicago on MLK Memorial Drive. And for the 4th time this month, though I had emphasized no sugar in my order, I came home and took a sip and it's got sugar. On top of that I had to wait for several minutes due to slow drive through time... Just for them to get my order wrong!
