To whom it may concern,

I will like to share with you the most disturbing event that happen to me at Wendys fast food restraunt here in Rochester N. Y s. Winton RD. I went to Wendys about around 11:00pm on 12/27 on my lunch break (remind you I had to work a 12hr shift that day), I order a five pieace nuggets and a jr. Bacon cheeseburger.

After paying for my food and receiving it, I then went back to my job which was about 5min away. I sat down and as I was opening up my sandwitch i could smell the burn aroma comming from my sandwitch and when i went to open it I could see that my sandwitch look old and dry out. Not to mentioned when I open the sandwitch to inspect it, I could not believe my eyes. The bacon looked like burn charcole and the hamburger look like it was sitting out for hrs. It was dry out and very dry looking.

I could not believe it. I instantly took a picture of the sandwitch not believeing that a person would actually serve that to a human person. I was so upset not to mentioned I was so hungry, I was on a 12hr shift and this was my first time sitting down and I only had 30 min to relax and eat my lunch.

I hurry my way back up there to take the sandwitch back and to run into two employees, one which was the manager, and the other that was handing food out the window to the customers. I drove back up to the window reminding you that the time is now 11:45. I beep the horn because I noticed the asian manager with the blue shirt on standing by the register. He looked at me and turn his head the other way and then walk away from the window where the register was and the young guy stood there in the middle of the floor just looking at me not even attempting to come to the window to see why i was there. I could not believe it. I had to beep my horn on four different occasions untill I finally waved the young guy down that was just standing there which he was looking at me the whole entire time I was beeping my horn. He finally opened the window and said can i help you, I said yes I want to speak to your manager right away, he said is there anything I can help you with, and i told him no because you did not seem to concern because when i beep my horn you looked at me and ignored me. I told him this is a manager situition. The young boy proceeded to close the window and i saw that he delivered the message to the manager because the manager then looked at me turn his back on me and let me wait on him for another 2 in a half min. Not to mentioned I am now late from comming back from my lunch break.

The manager finally came to the window and greeted me with "what is the problem" I told him I have two major problems, one is I don't like how I try to get you and the young boy attention and you two just competely ignored me, and two I handed him the sandwitch and ask him to take a look at it and tell me what is wrong with it and I also told him I am a human being and i do not eat anything like that. He then told me he will make me another one with no sympathy or apology, nothin.

He then gave the young boy the sandwitch to give me and that was it. I proceeded to let the young boy know that I will make sure that this whole entire customer service problem will be adress immediatly.

This is one experience that really shock me a great deal. I cannot believe that there is people working in these fast food restraunts not to mentioned the manager that allows this type of action to happen. They were not concern of my feelings nor my concern, and I will never eat there again. I am one less customer that would not help them make there business succesful.
