I went to checkers which i have not been to in a long while. Excited about the great food. I pulled up to the speaker and the lady said what do u want. I said hold on she said what. I didnt reply she said what do u want do u want to order or not. This is about 5 oclock. I started to order and she said hold on cutting me off in the middle five minutes after waiting she said order now. I started to order and she messed up my order. I pulled around and there were two cars in front of me. The first car sat there in the window for ten minutes and pulled off very fast and angry. The second car sat there for five minutes until someone opened the window and handed them some food. The lady in the car handed the food back and then they started to argue. Finally after another long wait they gave her a refund but even this was not correct. Then after more arguing they gave her back more money than the origanall refund which i could tell because there were more dollar bills. She to pulled off pissed off. When i got to the window the lady was very rude to me very very rude. She had no teeth old black lady who looked like a crack head and i know because my mom was a crack head. She then took my credit card and charged me the wrong amount and gave me the wrong order. When i told her what she did she screamed at me and slammed the window. The manager was directly behind her and said nothing. So i didnt even bother trying t talk to the manager. After that i told her i just want a refund. She took ten minutes around and gave me my refund shoving the receipt in my hand and slamming the window agian. I was so pissed and am still pissed. This happend like 20 minutes ago and i just had to do something. Because of this i promise to god i will never return to this place. Never ever ever. I have had great experinces with checkers before some not so great but none never this bad. I hope someone does something i hope these people are made to do their jobs correctly. I dont want them to get fired because hey they probbaly had families but they still need to treat people the right way. I really hope someone does something to these people.
