So when I was 16 my second job was sonic drive in and it was one of my worst jobs. I was continusly put in areas I did not think i would do well in and while i was doing the drive through window one of my coworkers who turned asst. Manager at the time had yelled at me to get off the window and that she would be taking over the window she screamed at me right in front of a customer. I was then placed at the area where we make all the drinks and great ice cream treats called the fountain. One day we had a rush and the shift before me had dropped ice and didn't even wipe up the ice or water. I was the only one doing the fountain and had about 7 orders up and so I couldn't wipe up the mess. Long story short i slipped on the ice and my stomach hit the side of the double sink located right next to the ice machine the only thing my other asst manager said was you have enough padding you will be fine. This lady would not let me fill out a workmans comp form. I left that day with an enormous bruise on my stomach and it stayed there for weeks. They also have a system where employees can charge lunches to their accounts which everyone thinks is great. So finally I got sick of the crap and I decided to quit and when i went to get my last paycheck i noticed that over $90 had been taken out of my paycheck and I was told that i did it when i charged food. There's no way that i could have spent that much in 2 weeks. When i tried to confront my manager about this he was nowhere to be found and no one would talk to me at head quarters. This sonic was very gross and dirty and none of the ingredients are fresh.
