We get there and the waitress takes our orders. We ordered a lot of food because we were 6 people and we came starving. We get our drinks only about half our later. The drinks were half water which the waitress admitted to after she brought the second round. The waitress first of all was totally stoned. (literally) after about an hour waiting for our food one of the servers came to the table with dessert menus and asked if we would like dessert. We answered what about our food. He said they already came with it and you guys finished it. We told him what are you talking about we never got it. He said it cant be the kitchen staff already left. At that point we were so irritated because the waitress came out and accused us of already eating. After she went looking for the missing food she found about 3 orders (which we ordered about 12-15 items on the menu) sitting on an empty table about 3 tables down from us. She brought the food to us but by the time we got it, the 2 orders of sea bass was already cold. We asked if she can warm up the seabass and she did and came back with only one. I asked her where the other one was and she said it was on the plate. At that point it was soooo obvious that the waitress was on something. She was totally out of it. We asked where the other stuff was and she responded thats all we have, and the kitchen is closed. We were starving we just wanted to eat. We asked for a manager and they brought out the sushi chef and told us the manager was too busy to come and talk to us. I felt very insulted because i paid top dollars for an evening of drinks and food with friends. All we wnted was to eat something. We were practically begging the sushi chef to bring something out and all he can say was that he can not help because the kitchen was closed.
We saw we were not getting anywhere with them so we asked for the bill so we can leave. They ended up charging us for all the drinks and all the food that we ordered. After arguing and explaing to him that all we got in the end was one order, he did not care. He said that he needs to leave and if we dont pay he will call the police. Of coarse we had no choice but to pay, so we did. On the way out we wanted to go to the club next door and they did not let us in stating we are up to capacity. I felt so disscusted they treated us like criminals. Neither of us ever got in trouble with the law. We are abiding citizens and they treated us like convicts. The head of security followed us to the bathroom and made sure we left the premises. We never acted in an aggressive manner. Why would the head of security follow us to the bathroom and waited with us in line and made sure we left. We were humiliated. People in line were looking at us like we did something bad. All we did was come to eat dinner, and enjoy our friends company, and ended up with us being escorted out by security. How humiliating. This restaurant clearly discriminated against us. I will deffinately fight for my money back...
