I went at 2:30pm, with my four children. The place had no rush. I made an order for each child. It was a takeout order. I made it home with the children wanting to eat the food asap. The order was not complete, I then called the restaurant to complain, I saw on the receipt that I did order and paid for the missing item, when the store manager Carol, answered the phone she hung up on me. Not only am I a customer, I paid for my order. I am very upset that this has happened. It is not the first time that this has happen in this location. There was no rush, I was the only client waiting for an order. I want my money back and an apologey. I will not go to that location again.
