Recently, I took my family and family-in-law to diner to celebrate my daughter's birthday!
1. They lost my daughter's reservation.
2. We sat down to dinner at 6:00 pm and did not receive service until 6:30. It took twenty minute to receive drinks and order our food. And another 30 minutes to receive our food.
3. My dinner never came until 7:25 at which time everyone in my party had already eaten.
4. I was forced to have my meal, boxed for take home.
5. The waiter then brought a desert to apoligize but I am not supposed eat sugar, for medical reasons.
6. I ordered a light beer that also never arrived.
7. Lastly, When I got home and opened the togo dinner, the waiter had gotten the order completely wrong, so I had to discard it.
This really ruined what was suppose to be a happy birthday celibration for my family and daughter.
