Kitchen Store - Chef Brad
Ripoff, refused to send paid for bread pans, did not answer e-mails, nor their comment section, gave nonworking phone number on receipt

On June 1 a set of three breads pans @ $7.95 was ordered and paid by American Express. Total order including postage was $13.58. An automated receipt was sent including a phone #999-999-9999 for questions. This is a non working number.

At least e-mails were sent to the company - many inquiries sent using thie "comment" form. Also - when unable to use the 999 phone number - called the phone number listed in the cooking class section - talked to a man and after insisting - he identified himself as "Brad - the boss".

Told him my problem and he assured me he had seen nothing from me and he "would make it right" - he also said their - his warehouse has moved and everything was in a muddle.

When the order was not resolved contacted him again and was told he had to fire someone who was stealing fromhim and "he would make it right". Asked me any number of times who I was and what was the problem? This is not a large amount of money - but want what was already paid.
