I bought Miracle Maid pots and pans from West Bend in 1975. I exchanged a few pots and pans with them in 1979 in West Bend where they kept the receipt. Regal Ware bought the company and will not honor the lifetime warranty without the receipt or some documuntion of the purchase. I just went though a divorce where I had a brain tumor most of my adult life. I do not have the money to buy the discounted price of the pots and pans that I dropped off to them at their WS factory in West Bend. To me a life time warranty is a life time waranty. I do not have the money to buy new pots and pans to cook in and do not have the money to eat out. It is just me and my dog. My exhusband kept all the files and I just had to get out of the house. This is not a hugh amount for this company. MY order number is 1400017CR. They tell me they are doing me a coutesy by not honoring West Bend's life time warranty.
