Terrible service

This company has put the phone down on me several times as they are unable to answere my questions and stating its not their problem that the kitchen is incomplete. First of all they sent the wrong units for the kitchen in january after i took a day off work for the delivery. This was in the begining of January

After two weeks another lot was sent and then paid for, only to find out when the boxes were opened by my own fitters broken bits were inside.

I called up straight away on the customer service number given on the website only to be told they are not customer services. I explaind my problem and they said i would have to send an e-mail. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently she was out (miss Kelly Jones). I spent money on fitters who were unable to start on the kitchen as units were broken. I sent the e-mail thinking that i would get a response within a few days but nothing. After a week i called up the same number as before and they said it can take up to 21 days to reply. So three weeks later i recieve a call saying that the bits would be delivered and that the was a balance of 70 pounds was outstanding. I recived the rest of the kitchen only to realise the units i recieved were broken and chipped.

I again tried to call them but they said it has to be done through e-mail.

Once again i send an e-mail and this time no reply no phone call. I called up the number as before and didn't even state my name or order number. I explaind my situation and they again tried to fob me off with the e-mail. I replied that its been over 21 days and i have had no reply. They then saind not thier problem and put the phone down on me.

I again called and soon as they realised who they were talking to put the phone down.

I then got my parter to call up on the same number and told her to ask for kelly jones. The woman on the end of the line said that my partner had got through to customer service and Kelly jones isn't in that section. My partner replied "ok so if i'm through to customer service u can answer my questions about the kitchen" RSK said"ok". Once that RSK realised they couldn't answer, my partner was told she was in the call centre not customer service. When my partner said why did they say they were customer service the phone got put down again.

Ive paid money for a kitchen and almost 4 months later nothing.
