Recently I received a letter stating that I owed Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. The letter came from NCO Financials out of Atlanta Georgia. I called the company and expressed there is a mistake, because I am presently paying someone else for this account. I presented them with a letter provided to me by the company I was paying. The representative (shelly) from NCO apparently looked over the paperwork I provided and said she would take care of it. Months later I received another letter from another company representing Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. This time I was not too happy, and advised them I would be willing to go to court. Several days later I received my credit report and Jefferson Capital Systems LLC is appearing as a deliquent account. I have been unable to get a phone number to call them directly.
