These crooks charged me twice for a transaction and I had proof but they refused to refund my money. After multiple emails and calls I had to resort to filing a dispute with my credit card. Luckily NETSPEND refunded my money since I had proof of THEIR mistake. Because of this, WESTERN UNION banned me from online services. THieVES! Now the physical location at the bus stop is refusing to take transactions too. This company is terrible, the tellers are liars and idiots. I will use moneygram from now on.
