I am a home owner who has had his mortgage brought up by homeq. I had a return check even though my bank made good on the check they refuse to correct my payment history. I talked to nathan johnson and ms. Fair, also talked to abaizi, all of whom said they would correct this but as of today no one has. But i did get a notice of intent to forclose for 1 month arrears according to them.
