Due to my pay day situation (I get paid on the 15th of each month) I pay my mortgage on the 15th. (There are no late fees accessed until after the 16th). I have explained this to these people over and over, they always say they will note my account but by the 2nd of each month, aggressive phone calls start at home and at work.
They (homeq) try to get me to predate a check by phone but I don't trust them, one month they added 100.00 to my check without my authorization for some bull fee they made up. After I talked to a few people at their company and threatened them with fraudulent practices they reimbursed me. Unfortunately my mortgage was sold to this company from my previous mortgage lender.
