Ripoff Employee of HomeQ screws up & Consumer pays! Ripping off customers for more $

Had set up a new payment plan. Sent them the correct amount of money in the form the company accepts-bank check. Was noted in my account they had received the funds. Spoke with an employee of HomeQ while faxing the agreement to get a signature. HE (employee Andrew) wanted to make sure I received the fax as well as HomeQ receiving it back with signature. As HomeQ received back the fax, was told everything was all set, and was back in good standings. UNTIL I receive my money back and HomeQ replying 'they never received a fax with signature, so plan not valid'. The employee never documented it, my fax with signature dissappeared, and that was that. I have the signed agreement and was willing to show them, with the date on it, and the refused. So I was charged with another $1,000.00 on their (HomeQ) employee oops. Any suggestions please help!
