As most readers know I have made it a second job of mine to take this company down.
I have gone through 6 lawyers all have run scared after a short dealing with this garbage company. Our legal system is bogged down with a bunch of overpaid wimps.
So I am here to ask all that have had problems with Arcadia, Transouth, (or whatever they are calling themselves these days) to file a complaint with the FTC. It takes 5 mins on the web and once they compile enough of complaints they will start an investigation.
This company is involved in Deceptive Practices, Failure to Disclose and a number of illegal acts that must be stopped. We will only get help if we stick together. So lets start filling those complaints and lets get this company where it hurts $.
