In October October 15 to be exact. Full payment in the amount of 9400.00 was recieved, and cashed by Arcadida Financial. This was payment for a 1995 Camero that I purchased. Their records show it, and I have bank statements documenting proof of payment.
It is June and Arcadia has yet to report this to the credit bureau. It has ruined my credit and I am unable to get a car loan, credit card or any type of financial assistance for a car or home.
I will be speaking with a lawyer, and more than likely filing suit against Arcadia. I advise all to do the same. Good Luck
