I've been dealing with Arcadia financial for about 1 year now and since the very 1st payment I made I was reported as late, and was charged interest for the so called late payment. When I called to ask about my late fees, and no payment the customer service associate was very unprofessional and rude, and didn't seem like she knew her business.
So trying to keep my account current I made my overdue payment and my next months payment. The customer service associate had the nerve to still charge me late fees, interest, and the bogus fee of $12 to make the payment by phone. And the complaints go on... And on... And on!
In about 2 weeks I'll be transferring my balance to a well known company to get rid of the hassle of dealing with arcadia financial. I recommend that every arcadia customer try their very best to get rid of your account. Hopefully all of our complaints will eventually shut them down for trying to shut us, as consumers, down.
