Nothing but probelms with this company! They are telling me that my 15 year old daughter has an $500.00 account and that she owes over $1600.00 now. They called me up and every relative and neighbor in my area looking for my daughter and trying to get info from them.
When they contacted me, they asked me to supply them with her Social Security number (which I refused) and that made them more upset. They started saying SS numbers over the phone and asking me if any one matched my daughters!
They told me I had to pay them right now either the full amount or a two payment plan, but they told me I would be better off paying it in full now cause it would be cleared off my daughters credit report! If it wasnt paid in full it wouldnt be! After talking to these people more (A Ms. Johnson) and I told her I would like to see paperwork about this and file a fraud report her remark was "
If you file a report, your daughter is going to get in more trouble then she is already is and that I need to pay this now" Also when asked about sending paperwork she stated " We sent out a letter requesting money and we never got a return to sender so you must have gotten it" Also " your daughter is probably intercepting the mail" Which is a little unlikely since I am a homemaker and I am here every single day to get he mail. My daughter is in school 9 hours a day and itsnt even around from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm. These people are terrible to deal with!!! They wont supply any info to me at all. Someone needs to step in and look at this company! They are a little snakey!!!
