I am a first time Grandmother. My daughter and Grandson sent me flowers for Valentine's Day. My daughter sent them Federal Express and I did not receive them till next day at 2:30 P.M. The flowers were all brown and dead and pitiful. This hurt my daughter, because she is on a budget being a single mom. It was so hurtful to both Grandmom and daughter. I tried calling every day for a week and left messages but no one got back to me. I finally tried to go through their website and then I saw the comments regarding that they are a rip off company. If you can get a respone from them they should refund my daughter payment in full.
