To be fair to A1 National Van Hire initially their service was very good. Due to my mistake there was a mix up with dates and A1 supplied a vehicle at short notice so I commend them for that. But it's just so sad that they then let themselves down with the non-return of my £250 deposit - a month has gone by and still counting. They make lame excuses over the telephone and never reply to my emails - so come on A1 do the decent thing and give me my deposit back. I really don't want to pursue the matter legally but fear this is my only option. I'm sure you won't bother to reply, but faith springs eternal!
