They said that i've been pre approved for $2500 credit limit and all i need to do is open an secure account for $249 and have a active checking account and job Dayton Texas

I've been riped off by some low life about 6 weeks ago, he called and said that i've been Pre Approved for $2500 credit line at 11% interest rate and if i wanted to get the card i must apply today, all i needed to qualify is a job, active checking account and a $249 one time processing fee which will be credited back on my first statement. So i said ok and gave him my info and my money was deducted on 09/09/04, but still have not received it today. THE PERSON HAD AN ARABIC ACCENT LIKE FROM MIDDLE EASTERN, and the GIRL WHO DID THE VERIFY DEPT PART HAVE A BROKEN ENGLISH ACCENT LIKE FROM THE CARIBBBEN
She said everything just like any Financial Dept would and recorded it as well. I was told that the bank was of New Wark and my card would be mailed 5-7 days. The phone # on my caller id was 1-888-247-9282, i've already tried calling them but i still get the busy tone

Finaly i want to say to the camel and whore who took advantage of me"grow some balls and find a job", "come down here in houston, texas so i can fire up ole sparky again" or give me a call ya'll lil cave monkeys so we can settle this.
