Financial Processing Center aka PMC Credit aka NAC RS aka Card Services promised an unsecured credit card ripoff fraud business St. Pete

With a $2500 limit, and a credit of $200 for the initial processing fee

A representative called offering an unsecured credit card with a $2500 credit line. A deposit of $200 was required to initiate the processing to ensure I had a legitimate checking account. The $200 deposit was to be refunded via 2-vouchers which were to be credited to the account to keep the credit card active if I didn't use it. The payment vouchers would be sent in the mail with the credit card.

The card was a universal mastercard, issued by CitiBank, and there were no limitations of where the card could be used. The issuing Company was RS Financial, and they provided a verification number 10627310.

The company phone number provided was 727-384-4267, and the company was in good standing with the BBB.
