Booked a minibus on Thurs 26th July. Paid £507.56 plus £500 deposit. Chased non refund of deposit, was told it would automatically be refunded in 10 days following return of van, which was collected on 30th July. Chased again on 16th August. No refund but a duplicate charge of £1007.56 was levied.
Staff unhelpful, manager is never in. Spent 30mins on phone to HSBC to get duplicate charge noted on credit card (they're as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike).
