This company posts all sorts of wonderful trades on Twitter and elsewhere... Good luck making these trades on your own.
I purchased a monthly subscription. After 2 days I sent them an email asking if any trades had been triggered... They replied Yes, trades are triggering "all the time". They don't know why I wasn't getting notification. I gave them several alternate email addresses, but still no notifications were being sent. Not to my junk mail folder, or to any email address.
After several days and lots of messages back and forth, they finally said their developers were away at a conference and would resolve the issue when they got back. Of course nothing was done, so when I sent an email asking about the status, they did not reply. Despite several more email inquiries, they simply refuse to reply.
They have a "Live Chat" button on their website, but of course it doesn't work, and merely directs you to an email address, to which of course they never reply. No phone number... The only way of contacting them is by email. So if they can't fix the issue and can't help you out, they just won't reply and you're pretty much stuck. You'd think a company that does business solely over the Internet would know how to send notifications by email, and add customers' address to their mailing list... Unless of course, the whole thing is a scam...
ProFXT seems good at collecting money, not so good at delivering the actual service.
