I was hit for a charge from bill matrix and georgia power for a 3.60 cent fee followed by a 577.00 fee!!! WTF I don't even have ga power. I tried to call bill matrix but you can't even get through unless you have an account with them. I had to go to my bank and file a fraud charge. Sad thing is they said there is no way to contact bill matrix and find out what address this payment went towards paying because of privacy laws. So people can rip me off but yet I can't found who because there protected! I am disputing the charges now and will see what happens.
