Bill-Matrax
Bill Matrex can't cansell a check nor did they tell me

I had bounced a check through bill matrix. I called Bill Matrix and was told that I needed to make another payment. I did. The same day the first check went through my bank. And the next day the second check bounced. I was on the phone with bill Matrix and was told that they can't cancel the checks because it is in the (system) and has to hit my checking account twice before it is set back to them to cansel

In all it would have helped me if customer service would have told me that I didn't need to make another payment and was going to run through again. I am so confused because no one at Bill Matrix can do anything.

All the overdraft charges havc been around #70 dollers. Because all they want to do is hit (run through) you account so they can get their fee of five dollers.
