Ripoff Denial of investigation of fraudulent charges on credit card Phoenix Arizona

After receiving a credit card statement and noticing unauthorized charges a letter in writing was sent to Bank of America notifying. They have refused to begin an investigation based on erronous information they have in their database. Currently, proceeding to get our district attorney involved.
