I received fraudulent charges on my credit card. I attempted to dispute them, but Bank of America states that it was my card that was presented at the time the transaction occured. My card was not presented, the merchant said, "the person ordered over the phone". The receipt that was provided to me from Bank of America states this also. So how could my card be present? The signature on the receipt is not mine either. Bank of America refuses to return my money.
