Deposit Not Available Immediately, Largest Debit Posted First

I have been so careful not to allow my account to get so low that I am in danger of overdrafts. Since my husband retired every nickel counts. However it seems although when you deposit money, or check I was told that one hundred dollars is automatically freed for immediate use. Don't believe them. Also they take the largest amount of money and deduct it from your account before posting your credit, even if you put the money in the bank before you go shopping. Causing everything to go negative.

I know that there is a banking commission you can enter formal complaints, and if anyone has that address, either physical or e-mail I'd really appreciate it.
