I bank with bank of america for my business. A client of my mine had 6 old checks that had gone as NSF (which we had given them new checks and everything was handled). This client had told us he had a family member that worked for bank of america and that if we ever needed something he could make it happen. Over a year later I Deposit a check which is a deposit for a job the money was to clear at 5 pm. All the checks were deposited after 5 pm by a teller. The checks were over a year old and should not have been accepted also someone (teller) had been watching my bank account to know when my money was going to be available. We have been fighting with bank of america since the day after this happend it is going on 2 weeks. They are know saying the client does not want to give our money back, and told us to call the claims department ourselves! Also they said they are not going to look into the teller looking into our account and dont want to make it right when they stole our money! These checks were over a year old and checks expire at 6 months! So b of a is basically letting tellers we dont know watch our acct and help steal our money with his family memember!!
