Bank of America raised interest rate to) and closed my accounts

My husband was 1 week late with a credit card payment. Bank of America consequently raised the interest rate to). When he called to apologize and try to get the original rate back, they said "NO". He called to try again, and along with a "NO" they closed MY credit accounts without telling me!!!

As of 8am this morning, we are moving EVERYTHING out of Bank of America. All Checking and Savings Balances and any credit balances.

Thanks a lot. I have been a very good and loyal customer for a long time. This really stinks. Good Bye and Good Riddance!
