We employed a lawyer to-go following this attorney it was in March, It's today July and HSBC has declined any payment from us and also the bankrupsy banner was raised in-may, we reapplied for change in May plus they state that is under evaluation so we're presently six months behind within our mortgage plus they decline payment, additionally they informed our attorney they'd not take payment.
