I dropped behind on my mortgage repayments, I still had a need to purchase Oct. Payment, I named on Nov. 13th to help make the payment, thinking I'd be present, because it continues to be NOV... I had been advised I really could not create a partial payment, which puzzled me, and so I informed her I had been producing the entire March payment, and was informed that because it had been November I had been also due for this month, and that I needed to make funds for BOTH weeks. I informed her I just have cash for 30 days, and he or she stated she couldn't consider my cost, and also to call-back after I could make both payments, simply because they don't consider INCOMPLETE Funds. I informed her which was insane, and that I haven't heard about a lender DECLINING to take cash. You'd believe with the mortgage meltdowns and foreclosures Wells Fargo might try to be considered a a bit more thoughtful, but I suppose they simply do not worry about their clients.
