Help me, please
Spring of 08, my child, boy-in law and 3 yr-old granddaughter shifted in with my spouse and that I because of him getting let go from his work.
Although he did odd-jobs for money and assisted when he might while buying new work, it set my spouse and that I behind on our expenses. Resources went up, gasoline for automobiles utilized went up, goods went up, etc., etc.
Approached wells in November to prepare payment choices to obtain back on the right track. Did not hear back from their store till December, whenever a attorneys office delivered me a notice seeking me to allow an appraiser into my house to assess it is worth for foreclosure sales. WHAT? I really couldnot think it!
I called the attorney workplace plus they would not keep in touch with me without consent from wells. I named wells plus they explained to contact the attorney and have to get a "reinstatement quantity". Meanwhile, I offered them my info to get a "mortgage loan modification" plan. The attorneys office stated I have to spend wells $2400 to obtain reinstated. I did so.
I called wells again to confirm they'd received the $2400 plus they had. The man then informs me that my funds would be stopped before mortgage loan modification removed, which I'dnot need to create a cost until May (it was in January). I still submitted funds.
In May, I approved my lender to complete digital 'bill-pay' to wells, 1/2 my regular each fourteen days. I received a letter from wells, my 'change' notice, having said that for me personally to pay for $1900 in-May, $972 per month for six months afterward! Our regular is just $554.
I called them back and informed them I really couldnot manage that, could they please place what was owed about the end-of the mortgage and I would like to proceed to create my $554 funds? They explained to resubmit another mortgage loan modification type, with the same info as before, plus they'd allow me to understand in a few months. Did not notice from their store till July. Got a notice within the email again from the attorneys office seeking me to allow an appraisor in again. I called wells again. The woman explained to resubmit my difficulty notice and the rest of the issues AGAIN. Meanwhile, all of the cash I Have submitted was not put on my mortgage, consequently, placing me more and additional behind, and accumulating increasingly more overdue charges and costs. Why wont they use their clients? Would not if charge them less to assist them than to consider their house and promote it within this marketplace?
Please help knowing how i will escape this mess!
