I agreed to pay the activation fee for a credit card awhile back, 249.00. This company drafted money out of my banking account but never sent me the card. I tried on serveral occations to contact this company but was unsuccessful. When they did answer the phone i would ask them for a corporated telephone number and they wouldn't give it to me nor did they have federal tax id number. They kept hanging up on me when I keep trying to ask questions. I contacted my bank and the only phone number they had was the same phone number that I have in which no-one would answer my questions. The number is 1-888-406-4353. Please check into this and try and help me get my money back. This company isn't legit. They don't have a web-site nor a contact number for this so called Guardian.
