I am here to report a complaint on fchcs guardian on how they say that want to help you build your credit. I signed up with this company to help me build my credit. They debited $200 out of my checking account for a master card with a $2000 limit. After receiving the information I knew it was a scam. It was a start up kit that they sent me. They day after I received this kit, I sent it back to them with a letter stating that i wanted a refund.
It has been sixty days. I call every other day and can't get any response. I get the run around all the time. There is no phone number where you can contact these people. The people in customer service are no help either. I want my refund. The only way you can contact them is to write them. This is a dead end thing as well.
