Guardian Financial Benefits. Contacts people by phone with their personal information. They tell you they got the information from your application for a credit card. Since I had applied to several companies on line, I believed the story. I was asked for my bank routing number and my account number, which i gave them. I was told that I would receive an approval packet in ten days after they debited my account. I never received the packet.
I called my bank and was given the name of the bank where the debit was sent. The Californis National Bank gave me the phone number for Guardian Financial. I called them but only got an answering machine asking me to leave my name and phone number.
I am convinced that I will never receive any contact from this company. Therefore, I plan to go to Champlain, NY and file a claim in small cliams court. I will ask for interest and court cost plus my 249.00. I hope that all of use can go together. If someone wants to join me in this suit let me know
