This loan company is horrible. I am currently out of a job and do not have the funds to my monthly fee and they are still wanting me to pay what is due. They are not willing to work with me at all. Sallie Mae is easy to access for loans. They take advantage of young, college students. Please, do not go through Sallie Mae for loans. Their customer service is horrible. All they do is transfer you to other people. If I could change any one aspect of my life, it would have been to have never gotten a loan through Sallie Mae.
